SIRIN HAMSHO

Sirin Hamsho is an award-winning renewable energy engineer and inventor, TV presenter and producer, entrepreneur and a mother of two.
Sirin was recognized by the BBC’s 100 Women and featured in the international news both as an inspirational leading woman in technology and media personality. She is a recipient of many international awards and recognitions for her inventions in the engineering field. Sirin is also a TV presenter and a very well-known media personality for her inspiring short films, where she spots the light on positiveness, and
inspiration globally.

Sirin received her professional education degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology MIT, Boston, her a master degree in management of Eco-Innovation from Université de Versailles, France, and her undergraduate degree in Electronic engineering as well as in Islamic Law from Damascus, Syria. She has worked for General Electric company both in France and the United States for the past years.
She currently lives in Boston with her husband Dr. Omar Al Assad and their two little daughters, Laya and Aline.
