HALAL FOOD
With McCormick Place in the heart of Chicago, the greatest and most diverse city in the Midwest, you can find Halal food to fancy your taste buds. McCormick’s world class chefs oversee all the food that is prepared for the event. Our Event coordinators work with their staff to be sure the meat is Halal and clearly visible with signs showing where you can eat Halal food. Have children in the kids or youth programs? All kids in our program up to the young youth will have lunch provided to them.
Please note that during the Knowledge Retreat food options maybe limited due to the Christmas holiday, and that there are no food options in McCormick at that time. However, the City of Chicago still has many restaurants that are still open to serve and deliver to our attendees.

23rd Street Cafe & Market
Located at the North Building B Hall Entrance (right outside of the bazaar)
Carry Out and Seating Provided
Offering fresh pastries, healthy sandwiches, and tasty salads along with featured “Windy City Harvest” selections from our Rooftop Garden, soda, water, and organic coffee. One of the greatest things about this sustainable café and Market is that you can grab something quick in between lectures without skipping a beat.
Connie’s Restaurant
Located on Level 2 below the main hall (quick escalator ride down from a few steps into the bazaar)
Seating Available on a first come first served basis.
Chicago’s own Connie’s pizza and other Italian favorites like soups, salads and sandwiches
You can now order Connie’s Pizza online for pickup. Simply place your order at https://www.conniespizza.com/mccormick-place/ and pickup at Connie’s at your scheduled time. This is a great option for families who want to go to the room and relax during the dinner break. Also to consider with Connie’s pizza is that they do not sell any pork products while the MAS Convention is running so there is no chance of contamination.
McDonald’s Express
Located on Level 2 below the main hall across from Connie’s
Seating Available
Featuring classic all-American favorites. They do have order ahead kiosks. McDonalds can get extremely busy at meal times. They also do not offer Happy Meals at this location.
Albawadi Restaurant
Located on Level 2 below the main hall (quick escalator ride down from a few steps into the bazaar)

Starbucks Coffee
Need your Coffee? McCormick is home to 2 Starbucks locations.
The main one is located right outside the bazaar in the North building Hall B. Lines sometimes get long so plan some time, bring your patience and your bestie!!.
The 2nd location is located on Level 2.5 below the main hall. This location is open subject to staffing and convention attendance. Seating is available for this location in the lounge area right outside. It is a great place to sit and plan out your day.
