He has over seventeen years of sales experience, focused on high productivity, while striving to maintain the highest standards of professional ethics and quality of life.
He has worked with prestigious companies, such as Keller Williams, with which he was awarded a regional franchise to develop their business model in 2000. Mohammad Abbasi recruited business entrepreneurs and launched twenty-five independently owned Keller Williams franchises. He has trained, coached and consulted business owners, team leaders, and sales associates in leadership, business development, business finance, life balance and personal development. Using a sophisticated process designed to find the best talent for a business model, he has interviewed and selected twenty-four business owners from hundreds of applicants, and recruited 2400 Sales associates in the NY region.
Mohammad Abbasi is very socially active in the Muslim community. He has helped launch several mosques and schools in New Jersey, has been a friday khateeb and lecturer since 1990, and has raised funds for countless Islamic projects nationwide since the 1980's. He is a lecturer and trainer in leadership and organizational development, and has been active in interfaith and law enforcement since the early 1990's.
Mohammad Abbasi is currently serving as MAS-NJBOT Chairman and as a member of the steering committee of MAS-National BOT.
